Federica Girotto (40), a born Italian, has been a yoga teacher since 2014 and a somatic coach since 2017. She started off working as a yoga teacher for adults, which was followed by teaching mums and their children and then specialized into being a somatic coach. t
Ambition
Federica helps people in developing their awareness of their wholesome thoughts and the perception of their body to awaken the healing power within themselves. Therefore she has chosen to go on the shamanic path with her husband Pablo. In our school Federica will be managing workshops and courses for children.
Federica considers unconditional love and harmony as her main goals in life.
